Shape Capital’s approach is focused on creating exceptional value for our investors by capitalizing on new investments within up-and-coming NYC neighborhoods (Bedstuy, Crown Heights, Bushwick, Ridgewood, etc.); identifying urban area with undervalued and underutilized assets which will yield the highest growth. Our pursuit of superior investment performance is backed by a stable, tenured team of highly skilled professionals, a strong network in every facet of the real estate industry, an in-depth expertise of the NY real estate landscape.

This investment strategy leads us to target investments between $500k – $5 million equity per deal. Possible investments include: retail and residential asset repositioning, distressed assets, small scale ground-up developments and cash generating multi-family properties
