Maysaa Halloway

Before Shape Capital, Maysaa co-founded One Way Group LLC, a real estate development firm that acquired and developed properties in strategic NY and NJ areas. Maysaa oversaw all of the firm’s portfolio and supervised the continued development, design of construction and value add properties. Prior to launching One Way Group, Maysaa worked at the United Nations chairing on behalf of the EU and negotiating the budget of the Organisation in on of the Genera’ Assembly’s main Committee.
Maysaa holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University.’ School of International and Public Affairs in New York. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Political Science from ULB in Brussels
Melchior Schöller

Before Shape Capital, Melchior developed the RE Club Deal activity of Lafayette RE. Prior to that, Melchior was an associate at Lazard where he worked on more than 15 M&A transactions in various sectors. Additionally, Melchior co-founded two successful internet companies.
Melchior received his Masters' degree from NYU as well as an M.Sc. and a B.Sc. in Finance and Information Technology from the Maastricht University. He holds certificates in Data Modelling and Data Science from the University of Pennsylvania and Johns Hopkins University. Melchior has a passion for Architecture
Thibault is chair of the investment committee and in that capacity approves the Company's investments. Thibault makes the Lafayette infrastructure and experience available to the team to ensure best underwriting, operating, structuring and reporting practices and may also provide Lafayette’s property management platform and experience for buy and hold investments.
Mr. Adrien is the Founder and CEO of the general partners managing the Lafayette funds, and the Founder and CEO of Brandywine Homes USA. He oversees all investment decisions, property management and loan servicing operations, fundraising and investor relations. Prior to founding Lafayette, Mr. Adrien was a Senior Analyst at Sureview Capital, a long/short equity hedge fund, where he covered the U.S. Real Estate and Home Building sectors. Previously, Mr. Adrien was a Vice President at Fortress Investment Group in the Private Equity area. Among many responsibilities, Mr. Adrien was a Board Member at Alea North America, a run-off insurance company, overseeing a $1bn portfolio of asset-backed securities. Prior to joining Fortress, Mr. Adrien was a Mergers & Acquisitions investment banker at Lehman Brothers in London and before that, he was an attorney at Ashurst in Paris.
Mr. Adrien received a Post-graduate degree (DESS) in Business & Tax Law from Paris II University (#1 ranked among business and tax law degrees in France), and graduated with an MSc in Finance.
